Our China businesses
BlueScope China manufacture and supply zinc-aluminium-magnesium alloy-coated ZINCALUME® steel and pre-painted Clean COLORBOND® M steel, the LYSAGHT® range of buildings products, and Butler® pre-engineered building systems. Our diversified premium solutions are highly regarded by architects, engineers, the building and construction industry, and government. We currently employ over 1,200 people at 4 manufacturing facilities and an extensive sales network across China.
Our operations
Business operations include: our Suzhou manufacturing site with metal coating, painting, and packing and slitting lines facilities; our Butler ® pre-engineered building systems plants located in Shanghai, Tianjin, Guangzhou and Xi’an equipped with advanced product lines; and our LYSAGHT ® business which has an established manufacturing facility in Shanghai and delivers to its customers inspired construction solutions and services through a nation-wide network of sales and technical offices.
BlueScope China consists of steel products for global brand ZINCALUME® and COLORBOND®; LYSAGHT® roofing, walling and decking system; and Butler® pre-engineered metal building system. We currently employ over 1,200 people with 4 manufacturing facilities and an extensive sales network across China. We have contributed to thousands of projects in China covering industrial, commercial and public buildings. Our diversified premium solutions are highly respected by the owners, architects, engineers, constructors and governments.
