BlueScope Steel Full Year Results Presentation

On 17 August 2009 BlueScope Steel Limited released its full year financial results for the twelve months ended 30 June 2009. Documents relating to this announcement can be viewed here.

Entitlement Offer

On 5 May 2009, BlueScope Steel announced a one for one Entitlement Offer. The offer closed on 29 May 2009, and new shares were allotted on 5 June 2009. Details of the offer can be found here. Section 8 of the Prospectus includes detail on taxation implications.

Shareholders should note that, consistent with standard practice for share issues and reconstructions, share price data prior to 7 May 2009 quoted in charts and other market information systems may reflect an adjustment factor of 0.8016 for the deemed 'bonus component' of the BlueScope Steel Entitlement Offer. This adjustment is made to allow comparability of historical share prices from the period prior to the Entitlement Offer with share prices post the Entitlement Offer.
